Terms of Service
Effective May 14, 2026.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Personal Service (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any clause, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by an individual freelancer registered in the United Arab Emirates.
2. What the Service is
The Service is a paid subscription that provides access to VPN servers via the Happ application (and compatible clients). You pay for a fixed period (1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months) and receive a subscription URL to add to your client app.
3. Your account and responsibilities
- Use a real email — verification, password resets and subscription notices are delivered there.
- Minimum password length is 8 characters. Do not share your password; if it has been compromised, change it immediately in the “Security” section.
- One account is for one person or one household. Reselling the subscription URL or posting it publicly is prohibited.
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Payment and refunds
- Prices are listed in the “Buy” section in USD or EUR (your choice). Payment is processed by Stripe (card) or charged to your internal balance.
- Subscriptions may be set to auto-renew. The next period's price is then charged to your internal balance on the renewal date. You can disable auto-renew at any time in your account.
- Refund policy: within the first 3 calendar days after payment, if the Service does not work for you, we refund the full amount back to your card. After 3 days, the unused portion of the subscription is refunded to your internal balance — those funds can be applied to renewals, additional traffic, or a new subscription.
- To request a refund, write to [email protected] from your registered email with the date and amount of the payment.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Engage in activities that are illegal under UAE law, the law of your physical location, or the law of the country whose server you connect through.
- Send spam, perform DDoS / brute-force attacks, port scanning, or fraud.
- Transmit copyrighted material without the rights holder's permission.
- Transmit material that exploits minors (CSAM).
- Generate excessive load, exploit undocumented APIs, or attempt to bypass subscription limits.
Violating these terms is grounds for account suspension without refund.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time: disable auto-renew and / or request account deletion (see Privacy Policy §4). We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these Terms; notice will be provided except in cases of obvious abuse.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee 100% continuous availability (though we strive for it): maintenance windows, transient outages at infrastructure providers, and regional protocol-level blocks by third parties may occur. The Service is intended to encrypt your network traffic — it is not marketed as a guaranteed way to bypass any specific restriction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are submitted to the competent UAE courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
10. Changes
For material changes we give 14 days' email notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new version.
